TERMS OF SERVICE

Inssist is provided “as is”. We don’t collect or store your social network account passwords. We do not collect, sell or transfer any of your information to third parties. We do not offer refunds. We’re dedicated to improve the quality of service.

INSSIST, Inssist, we, our, its and us refer to Inssist, its owners and authorized officials. ‘Service’ include all the services offered by Inssist including but not limited to Inssist Chrome Extension and such other services Inssist may introduce in future. You, client, visitor and user refer to any person visiting Inssist Website found at inssist.com Internet address and / or using the Services.

Inssist may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or Website at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. Inssist may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

You shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or ancillary services needed to connect to, access the Service and Website, including, without limitation, modems, hardware, software, and long distance or local telephone service. You shall be responsible for ensuring that such equipment or ancillary services are compatible with the Service and Website.

You certify that it is legally permitted to use the Service, and take full responsibility for the selection and use of the Service. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Service is revoked in such jurisdictions.

Inssist does not use fake social network profiles or accounts for operation. We do not collect or store your password. We do not engage into providing automated means of accessing 3rd party websites including Instagram. We do not sell and will never sell any of your information to third parties.

Inssist service requires client to be connected to Internet and to keep Inssist Browser Extension turned on. Inssist does not guarantee the speed of the delivery for it’s services, all the speeds mentioned are strictly an estimate. We will take no liability in cases when the target speed or performance characteristics are not delivered.

We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.

You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute. Before you make a purchase decision you are advised to try Inssist for free.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.

You shall not, nor permit anyone else to, directly or indirectly: (i) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of all or any part of the Service (except that this restriction shall not apply to the limited extent restrictions on reverse engineering are prohibited by applicable local law); (ii) modify or create derivatives of any part of the Service; (iii) rent, lease, or use the Service for timesharing or service bureau purposes; or (iv) remove or obscure any proprietary notices on the Service.

You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service, or any other systems or networks connected to the Service or to any Inssist server, or to any of the services offered on or through the Service, by hacking, password “mining”, or any other illegitimate means.

You shall not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service or any network connected to the Service, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Service or any network connected to the Service.

You shall not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Service or Service’s systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.

You shall not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service or any transaction being conducted on the Service, or with any other person’s use of the Service.

You shall not use the Service or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.

Optional premium paid services such as PRO features are available on the Website and Inssist Browser Extension. By selecting a premium service you agree to pay Inssist a fee indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on the day you request a premium service and will cover the use of that service for the extension of time you indicated. Premium service will be activated within a day since purchase. As there is no way to “return” digital content which has already been presented, premium service fees are not refundable.

Our subscription service will auto-renew at the end of each subscription period, unless cancelled. Cancelling your subscription will end any future recurring payments but does not make provision for refunding any unused portion of the subscription.

Inssist reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your access to all or any part of the Website and Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice, effective immediately. Once account is cancelled Inssist will no longer offer access to its Service. Fees paid by you to Inssist are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription and/or purchase at any time and for any reason. If you cancel before your subscription expiration date, while you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining balance of the subscription, you will maintain access to the subscribed services until the natural end of the subscription period. Failing to cancel a subscription before the payment for a renewal occurs automatically does not authorize a refund once payment has been received. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid being charged for the next subscription period.

The Website and Service are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Switzerland and foreign countries. Authors of this website own all rights, title and interests in and to the Inssist Website and Service, including all associated intellectual property rights. You will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Inssist Website and Service.

You agree that all content and materials (collectively, “Content”) delivered via the Service or otherwise made available by Inssist at the Website are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights and laws.

Inssist makes no representation that the Content, the Website or the Service are appropriate for access or use outside of Switzerland, and accessing the Service is prohibited from territories where such Content is illegal. If you access or use the Service from other locations, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

The Service may permit you to link to other websites or resources on the Internet, and other websites or resources may contain links to the Website. These other websites are not under Inssist control, and you acknowledge that Inssist is not responsible or liable for the content, functions, accuracy, legality, appropriateness or any other aspect of such websites or resources. The inclusion of any such link does not imply endorsement by Inssist or any association with its operators. You further acknowledge and agree that Inssist shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such website or resource.

Inssist is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, Google or any third-party partners in any way.

It is your sole responsibility to comply with social network rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use Inssist at your own risk.

You agree not to violate any provision of the contract you have had with any third party. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the Terms of Services are not contrary to the contract with third party. The client represents and warrants that Inssist is and shall not be party to such violation.

This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Switzerland. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this agreement or your use of the Website or Service shall be filed only in the Switzerland and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action. Use of the Service is not authorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of this agreement.

The Website and Service are provided “as is”. Inssist and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Inssist nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Website or the Service will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Website or the Service at your own discretion and risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inssist, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the Website or Service, including but not limited to out of your violation this agreement.

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without Inssist’ prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer this Agreement, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. Inssist may assign or transfer this Agreement, at its sole discretion, without restriction.
