'Service' include all the services offered by INSSIST including but not limited to INSSIST Browser Extension and such other services INSSIST may introduce in future. You, client, visitor and user refer to any person visiting INSSIST Website found at inssist.com Internet address and / or using the Services.

This Privacy Policy sets forth policy with respect to information collected from visitors to the website located at the following address: inssist.com, products and services made available through the Website and INSSIST Browser Extension found at https://get.inssist.com.

By visiting our Website or using the Service you as an individual or a legal entity that you represent as an employee or agent are consenting to our collecting and processing of information that you make available as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Processing means storing, combining with other data (including third party data), modifying, aggregating and deleting information.

We do not collect, process, transfer or store your Instagram account passwords, browser cookies, tokens, history, browsing activity, keys or other authorization data from your browser. We do not store the text of your Instagram direct messages. AI provider keys you add to INSSIST stay in your browser and are sent only to that provider.

In order to facilitate payments and billing we keep a record of your transactions and purchases on our servers. By using the product, you agree for us to collect certain information that can be used to contact or identify you. Such information includes your email address and Instagram account username.

To improve the quality of our Service and fix errors in the Service's code we may collect a technical data on runtime errors that happened while using the Service. The technical data is stored securely on our servers, and is never shared with 3rd parties.

To understand which features are used and how, the Service sends us anonymous usage events, such as which feature was opened or which action was performed. These events do not contain the content of your posts, messages or media. When an AI agent uses the Service through the INSSIST MCP Server (see below), the events include the name of each tool the agent called, but never the tool's arguments or results.

If you use DM Manager, we store the contacts, labels, notes, fields, rules and saved replies you create, plus daily counts of its activity. You decide what contact data to keep and are responsible for having the right to keep it. Message text stays in your browser, except when you use AI features or webhooks (see below).

To generate images and DM replies, INSSIST sends your request and the relevant conversation text to OpenAI, which processes it on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. If you use your own AI provider key, requests go from your browser directly to that provider. Webhooks you set up send message data from your browser to the address you choose.

The INSSIST MCP Server is open-source software that runs on your own computer and connects an AI assistant of your choice (for example Claude, Codex or Cursor) to the INSSIST Browser Extension in your browser. It listens only on your own machine and does not send data to INSSIST. It stores one local file containing pairing tokens for your browser profiles.

The instructions you give your AI assistant, and the Instagram content it reads or writes on your behalf, are exchanged between the assistant and your browser on your computer and are not transmitted to or stored by INSSIST. Your AI assistant's own provider processes your conversation under its own privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time with the "Connect to AI Agents" toggle in the INSSIST menu.

We keep transaction and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as required by tax and accounting law. Technical error data and anonymous usage events are kept only as long as needed to improve and support the Service and are then deleted or aggregated. You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. DM Manager data is kept until you delete it in DM Manager settings or delete your account. Data DM Manager keeps in your browser is deleted after 30 days.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive. Like many sites, we use "cookies" to authenticate you on our website at https://inssist.com. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.

INSSIST cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the law.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Service and the Website. The Service and the Website may contain links to other web websites not operated or controlled by us (the "Third Party Websites"). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Websites.

INSSIST may transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including the data we collect, in connection with events of bankruptcy or business transfer which include merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets.

We do not sell or distribute to 3rd parties any data we obtain by any means, except to service providers that process it on our behalf (such as OpenAI for AI features) and in cases of bankruptcy or business transfer which include merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

INSSIST may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
