INSSIST comes with Free, Pro and Growth plans. Pro and Growth plans are monthly subscriptions. Pro plan also has a Lifetime purchase option. Each plan is purchased per Instagram account @username.


Pricing Options

Please find a direct comparison of the plans and the purchase options in the Pricing Section of the website:

  • Pro Monthly plan is charged a small fee each month and auto-renews every month until canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Pro Lifetime plan is purchased once per Instagram account and stays active for that Instagram account as long as you’re signed in to INSSIST with your email.
  • Growth Monthly plan is charged a fee each month and auto-renews every month until canceled. This plan has extra features on top of the Pro plan, geared towards Growth automation. Growth plan is coming soon.

How to Upgrade

Upgrading is easy directly from the INSSIST app:

  • Open the app, locate Assistant+ button on the left, and click GO PRO button. Make sure to have INSSIST installed for this to work.
  • Select a plan to upgrade to, such as Pro Monthly or Pro Lifetime.
  • The app will ask you to create an INSSIST account, by providing your email address, name and a password. This information is stored securely on our and our servers and is never shared with anyone.
  • Once you confirm your email address, you are presented with a purchase screen powered by secure and trusted payment service provider.

How to Cancel

Canceling is easy directly from the INSSIST app:

  • Open the app, locate Assistant+ button on the left, and click GO PRO button. Make sure to have INSSIST installed for this to work.
  • Click LOG IN HERE button and enter your INSSIST email address and password. If you forgot you password, you can reset it from the Forgot Password screen.
  • Once you are logged in, click Manage Subscription button which will take you to the Manage Subscription portal.
  • From there you can cancel your subscription or request Invoices.

Alternatively, access Manage Subscription portal through this link. Enter you INSSIST account email address to login.

If you are unable to access your account, do not remember your INSSIST email address, or have any other questions, please reach out to us via email.

How to Transfer PRO License to Another PC?

Since the Pro license is purchased per Instagram @username, not per Device, simply log into your Instagram account by @username and then into your INSSIST account on a new device. The app will automatically sync your account status and PRO features.

I Do Not Receive Verification Code by Email?

Sometimes emails get lost in a spam box or not delivered because your email service provider rejects them. Inssist sends emails from [email protected] address and never spams.

If you are still not getting a verification code, please send us a message from your email address.

My Pro Is Not Recognized?

Please follow these steps:

  • Open GO PRO page in INSSIST extension.
  • Log into your account with email address you made a purchase with. The app will update your account status automatically.
  • If you do not remember your INSSIST email address, please send us a message, mentioning your Instagram account @username.

If you purchased Pro license with PayPal, please allow for a few minutes for the app to sync your account status.

If nothing helps, please reach out to us via email.

I Was Charged Twice

If you accidentally purchased the same plan twice for the same Instagram @username, please reach out to us via email and mention your Instagram account. We will cancel and refund the second purchase. Refunds normally return within 24 hours.

How to Transfer Pro Between Accounts?

INSSIST Pro is purchased per Instagram @username. If you need to transfer your account between Instagram usernames, please reach out to us via email and mention your current and a desired username.

The transfer is processed immediately. We can transfer @username on a single account once a month.

Do You Offer Refunds?

We offer 7 days refunds for all paid plans. No questions asked.

On top of that, we aim to provide a free-to-try demo period for every paid feature so that you can preview them before making a purchase decision. This way you can make sure INSSIST Free works for you before purchasing a Pro or Growth license.

Do You Offer Discounts?

We offer discounts if you plan to purchase multiple Premium versions, e.g. for Agencies or Social Media Managers, managing multiple Instagram accounts.

There is a 50% discount for every account above the 5th. Please send us an email at to discuss your needs and get your personalized discount code or quote.

I Forgot My INSSIST Account Password

No problem! Please open the billing screen in INSSIST, locate LOG IN HERE button, then in the password field click the FORGOT PASSWORD? button.

Enter your email address. INSSIST will send a password recovery email to you from [email protected] email address.

I Forgot My Instagram Account Password

We do not collect or keep Instagram account credentials and password and can not restore them for you. Please reach out to Instagram support if you need help accessing your account, or reset your password from the Mobile or Web App.

I Need an Invoice

Please access Manage Subscription portal through this link. Request an invoice from the Invoices section.

Checkout Fails, Inssist.com Refused to Connect

Please navigate to chrome://extensions page in your browser, locate INSSIST, click Details button and make sure the inssist.com and onfastspring.com items are enabled under Website access section.

How do You Keep Account Information Safe

All server communication is encrypted using TLS. All passwords are hashed and salted for security. We do not store have access to or store any credit card information, entrusting it to our secure payment service provider.

We do not transfer any personally identifiable information (PII) to third parties except to our trusted payment service provider to initiate payment processing. All PII data is stored on our servers in an encrypted database. We remove PII data upon request.
